E-Commerce and Digital Marketing is a course designed for International Business Students. It is an amalgamation of certain topics from E-Commerce and aspects of Digital marketing, aimed at giving an exposure of E-Commerce and its potential, Introduce Digital Marketing and its role in International Business, Familiarize with various platforms for digital marketing and its capabilities, Teach the basics of creating webstore for International trade and Conceptualizing and managing marketing campaigns on various digital platforms.

ABSTRACT:

Relationship Management Program is based on a timeless classic book "The Managerial Grid". The program starts with definition and basic understanding of behaviour, theory of behaviour change, constructive critique and a host of similar such lessons which help the participants understand (and hopefully eliminate) self-deception. This would help them change their behaviour and management style. A sound behaviour helps them achieve great success in their professional career (& their personal lives) and in the team behaviour and results; thus benefitting the corporate organization as a whole.

Through case studies and discussions, the workshop leads the participants into ways of inculcating the qualities in everyday work, stepping up beyond the assigned role and duties and performing at a higher level.

Within an organization, it creates an environment of clear and open communication, a feeling of freedom to express and a positive atmosphere. 

The Assertive Communication workshop introduces various styles of communication, focusing on being Assertive as well as clearing some air about some misinterpretations of being Assertive. It teaches and practices methods of presenting an argument logically & structurally, expressing with conviction, backing your beliefs; on communicating with authority and helping managers influence any outcome.
